Private Booking  e.g. Marriage Celebrations and any kind of functions

The total cost for Nine instruments first 3 hours will be £550.00
The total cost for Eleven instruments first 3 hours will be £620.00
Any tips given is not to be added to the above costs.

1. Anyone wishing to book is to consults the Chief Coordinator/Coopordinator who will be the main point of contact for bookings.
2. All Public Liability Event Insurance license and administration for Health & Safety Security and First Aid is to be the responsibility of the person booking.
3. A 25% non-refundable deposit is to be made at least 3 weeks before the functions and the final payments is to be done at the end of the band programme. Payments can be made by cash or cheque or direct debit payable to Gulmi Zilla Samaj UK. All requirements are to be forwarded to the Coordinator during the booking.
4. The above rules will be amended time to time as required by the Chief Coordinator/Coordinator.
